So, what's wrong with my local paper that's ignorin' the biggest water bill raise in California? Oh, Larry's too busy kissin' Mayor Bill's ass and keepin' the Bitchin' Biddies happy.

Virginia Hoge, at a reduced rate, did an outstanding job in the creation of an ad campaign promoting PUS. The city of Pasadena offers matching grants to artist's who create work used in the service of the community. If you need a dollar amount as to what Virginia Hoge was paid for her services, I'm sure it's part of the public record.
I do not believe Dormitas is Kelly. I do believe that Virginia is a talented artist who has spent a lifetime working on her craft.
Why do I have to go to public record? Virginia demands answers from others, so now she can lead by example and answer some herself.
Kelly I am sorry. I tried to post a comment on VH's blog explaining that most of the posts she is attributing to you were written by me. She did not publish the comment on the PNP and refuses to believe that I am not the WCGB.
Apparently singling you out fits some narrative in her head. I admit I get a guilty pleasure from tweaking her, ( something satisfying about pricking the bubble the self righteous put themselves in)but I find I must restrain myself as I fear she could become a danger to herself or others.
There is more to an effective ad campaign than just the artwork.
